Our warm and inviting 2,300 ft² (300 m²) home is located just steps away from the many restaurants, bakeries, bars, grocery stores, parks, pharmacies, and local shops that make Beaubien Street so charming. Everything is within walking distance!
The house is both spacious and comfortable, inside and out. On the ground floor, the open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area connect directly to the master bedroom and a full bathroom. The kitchen opens onto a large outdoor terrace with table, chairs, lounge sofa, BBQ, and access to the landscaped backyard.
The second floor includes two closed bedrooms, a third open bedroom, another full bathroom, and a laundry room.
The third floor (mezzanine) hosts a fifth bedroom with a counter/sink area and direct access to a private rooftop terrace overlooking the city. A comfortable outdoor sofa is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset.
You’ll have two private parking spaces behind the house (accessed via the alley). Free and easy street parking is also available.
